More birdie watching on our hols. This was taken on Snettisham RSPB site Norfolk.

I have never heard of a bean goose.....they look like they eat a lot! Wouldn't be welcome in a farming crop! Rather handsome!

They are handsome looking geese. We have looked in our big book and think it looks like a Greylag goose . Look carefully at the beak, the air holes would be black on the Bean goose but we are only looking at the book not the real thing!

@pennystot You are correct I have just checked, I did a search on RSPB identification and got bean goose thank you my bird experts :-)
