Get-Pushed Challenge #440
My get pushed partner challenged me to do a lay-flat image that tells a story. I'm not always as creative as many and to try to figure out what kind of story I wanted to portray was the most difficult part of this challenge.
Fab! So many backstories are possible with this - what happened to make the lens need cleaning? What if the dirt doesn’t come off? Have I got what I need? Endless stories! Great response Kathy
i've never attempted to do anything like cleaning my lenses. i do have the gears but it's far easier for me to bring it them to the shop, along with my cameras, for maintenance. you are more sophisticated than me with these things. i say challenge well met. aces
@summerfield When you live away from a big city you have to learn to do some things yourself. I would have to drive an hour or more to get to a camera store. I may end up having to do this at some point. The spots are becoming more noticeable pre- post processing.
Thanks for you so nice comment and wishes. Yes. it`s my fav. hobby.
all best wishes for 2021.
Thank you all so much for your comments on this photo. I really do appreciate them and you as well. Didn't even clean my own lenses so I'm not taking on anyone else's. The camera in the photo is a Canon Rebel 2ti, which apparently is the 550D model. I hardly ever use it but keep the battery charged up, just in case.
@365anne Glad that you liked this. I appreciate the thoughtful challenge.
