30 Days; One Subject Day #3
Did I say my subject was food? (No one said these had to be especially good photos. Just one subject) The cranberry scone was a gift from a friend. (1/2 of the scone is shown here with more for later.) The sausages needed to be cooked and put in the freezer. And the egg ...well leftover from the Easter egg dying project. (see yesterday's post.)
@Dawn Thank you Dawn. It was good. I actually saved the egg to make a sandwich for lunch. @30pics4jackiesdiamond Jackie, weird is as weird does & I does. Not really bad together.

Thank you Ferry, Joey, Kathy, Taffy, Issi, Jenn, Susan and Will for you views and comments. They are much appreciated. This is a breakfast made from what's available. The sausages really needed to be cooked, the scone, a gift, was on the counter waiting to be eaten, and the egg left over from the 2 dozen I boiled two days before. Weird combo I guess, but very satisfying.
@jb030958 Thanks Jennie. There are some foods I would not eat together, but usually if I like them individually, I could almost anything for breakfast.
Man, I wish I had a cranberry scone! And I don't think there's anything weird about about the combo. I don't like hard-boiled eggs so wouldn't include that, but not because there is anything weird about it.
@mcsiegle Thank you. I like cranberry and these were good. Made at a local bakery. I brought mine home from a brunch I attended just before Easter. Egg salad sandwiches bring good memories of car trips with my family growing up.
