Rhino Road Block by redy4et

Rhino Road Block

We'd been searching for a couple hours without success when suddenly, the White Rhino was just standing there on the road. It didn't budge for while but as we drove closer, another rhino appeared out of the bush and both started walking (not charging) toward our jeep. If you look carefully, you'll notice the rhino's horn has been removed. To prevent poaching, park rangers in South Africa tranquilize some the rhinos and remove their horns. A recent spike in rhino killings is great cause for concern about the future of the species.
Amazing! We never saw one on our trip.

My goodness, and I guess my question is, what do you do when you are in an open vehicle like that and he decides to charge you?

Its one solution for the poor old rhino but then makes a rhino with horns doubly desirable! Good to see the road that you are on!

That definitely says Roadblock. and it appears to be non-negotiable! Sorry they have to remove their tusks to make them nondesirable to poachers.....it's like deforming women's faces at some tribes to avoid undesirable interest or clitoral circumcision! Sad, but effective, it seems...
