How do you Kudu?

The Greater Kudu is a Woodland antelope that feeds on leaves, flowers and fruits. Males have large spiral horns with 2 - 1/2 twists, distinctive stripes and fringe beard under their chins. Their markings help camouflage them in the Bushveld, making them extremely hard to spot if they're standing motionless.

Kudu meat is similar to venison (deer). We enjoyed a delicious kudu curry in Zambia. The horns of the kudu are often used as a musical instrument called a shofar in the celebration of the Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashana.
