Prepping the Rice Bowls

Lunchtime preparations at the monastery school in Myanmar involved the older girls dishing out white rice to several hundred nuns, who waited in line with their tin bowls, then went inside the monastery where they sat at long wooden tables, eating, laughing and socializing.
I agree with @jyokota. It's a wonderful scene and captures just how large a task it is to feed their community of nuns. Beautifully framed.

That is a huge vat of rice....yes, wonderful storytelling, and it does make me wonder if they get any protein at all!

@taffy -- Yikes! I just saw the grammatical error in my post. I wish I could "edit" but there's no such option except deleting, right?

@jyokota What I do is copy and paste the comment into a new box, edit, and save, then delete the old one.

@taffy but then your comment would be out of order . . .

@jyokota I can live with it...depends on how much you care about the verb agreement. Few will even notice, I suspect but I'm perfectly okay with the comment out of order.

I always appreciate an intimate storytelling style of photography, and that line of nuns in the background is particularly important to your story.
(Sorry for the grammatical error in the original post -- so now this one is out of order but I couldn't leave that original one up there.)
