It really was a nice day…

Back on the water. Finally! It’s either been too cold or too windy lately and today is the last day of spring break. Monday it’s back to the office and classroom (though I have been working on class notes at home). It was sunny and about 70°F (21°C) when I started today’s row. This is about 16,300 meters later (give or take). It was good to be outside again.

So you just had Spring Break? I forget college break is so much earlier than ours. I am not off until second week of April. I cannot wait. This weekend here has been like late Spring...mid- 70s, sunny, birds chirping, warm breeze blowing. So nice! It is like it breathes life back into a person! I will post pics of my two days up here at the lake later...but wanted to check out some friends' pics...I am behind on commenting! Even though you may not call that "pretty weather" in the pic above, it makes for a pretty picture! Love the composition and blue tones..
