Preparing for a ‘grand’ gathering [Filler]

We’re gathering soon (at a Vrbo in Ohio) with both daughters, the three grandchildren and Clare’s mom, who hasn’t “met” two of her great-grandchildren face-to-face. Since the girls will fly with the kids, we’re taking car seats for the two older ones. We bought the pink one for our eldest’s visit last summer, and we picked up the booster seat from the local grandparents network!

It’s been seven years since I’ve remembered to do “flash-o-red” for February.
    · My first year I was a day late and didn’t “get it.”
    · My third year I missed the actual flash of red.
    · I got it right in 2014 and 2016.
Hmm. Now that I look, it seems that “flash-o-red” was something that didn’t “catch on,” long term.
