Tuesday's View

I took a shot of this view because of my photo from Tuesday of the same view in a book -- http://365project.org/roachling/365/2013-01-08

I took the exact photo in the book (minus the blue sky, it was pretty overcast, as you can see) but the colours came out much better in this slightly zoomed in version.

That is a very good representation of the shot from the book Louise. My guess is that you will get it with snow tomorrow.

Agree with Sean - this looks just like the scene from the book. I think I prefer yours, its great on large. Snowing heavily here!

I managed to get out and snap that view from Tuesday, but I didn't manage to get any blue skies or sunshine in it!

Fantastic to see the two images. It looks a beautiful spot - where in the Peak District is it ?

The outcrop pictured is Hen Cloud, it's part of the Roaches on the south western edges of the Peak.
