It was so hard to choose a photo today... we did an 8.5 mile walk taking in Carl Wark and Higger Tor (as seen here - http://365project.org/roachling/365/2012-11-01) in the Peak District, so I had lots of rock and heather moorland shots and several of ring ouzels too. In the evening we watched a perfomance in the woods on the Longshaw Estate by the Whispering Wood Folk and this shot is just about the end of the evening. I can do rocks and moorlands any time and ring ouzels another day too, so I chose this one as I don't often get the chance for a shot like this!
This is a really interesting photo and sounds a wonderful evening! We were looking for Ring ouzels in the Highlands and sadly never caught sight of one! Would love to see your Ring ouzel photos too!
Lovely Secrets feel, great capture of the wood and lighting. Watched the video,I am sure the children were especially entranced. What a super and different entertainment opportunity for them.
