MOZARTPLATZ DETAIL

As many of you well know, Salzburg was the home town of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. This beautiful square – see insert – is dedicated to the famous musician.
The detail in this shot is from the fountain which is in the centre of the square. The sculpture changed the horse’s hooves to I don’t know what.

Nicely captured Dione- it's picture postcard perfect with the inset! Perhaps the statue was damaged at one time and it has never been repaired. The hooves definitely do not look right.
