RED GLADIOLI

I bought the bulbs of these gladioli very late in the season and had lost heart that they would bloom but suddenly, after the purple ones had long before ended their flowering season, they started to appear. I was very happy to see them and got the camera to record the occasion. Shot taken about 2 weeks ago.

Great capture of those beautiful flowers.
( It take several years, if you `re lucky, to grow blooming gladiools from seeds. It first have to grow a big bulb.)
