After school today I met up with former colleagues for 'afternoon tea', to celebrate the fact that one- a good friend - is retiring at the end of term.
After a glorious morning it was a VERY wet afternoon or I might have parked somewhere and taken lots of photos! This was with my phone .....with my arm out of the car window!! I just needed something from the event. It was lovely to meet up with people who had valued me as a person while I worked with them!

It looks like the kind of lane one would take a nice bike ride on (when it wasn't raining of course!). It's very pretty and I love the lush green color of all the foliage.
