These lovely sweet peas actually were in the garden today. Late but all the more lovely.
I am dedicating this picture to my lovely friend Helen who died last Thursday (St Helen's Day!) That was perfect of course!
She is now with God who she loved and who gave her peace and joy above what we could ask or think. But how we will miss her, and for her family there will always be a huge empty space as she was such a wonderful person.
But we will meet again where all tears will be wiped away.
You will miss your friend Sallie but this is a lovely tribute to her & wonderful that she had so much faith ! I like your reflection of your window & outside in your work area !

Thank you all! It has been a reflective day and I'm glad you liked the picture. It was interesting to see all the reflections and somehow it seemed to suit my head today. Just feel thankful for knowing such a lovely person. She had such a vibrant faith and trust in God and somehow it's easier to talk about these days as she lived it so well.
That has to be good! Thanks again - so nice to share!
That is certainly a very sweet tribute and the flowers are beautiful! It's so true that those who go on before us have the easy part and we rejoice because we know they're better off. But for those of us who remain, it's doubly sad- we long to see them, even join them, but know it is not for us to decide when and where we will be reunited. It's a lovely shot- and I love the vase and tea pot!
My sypathies as you miss her day to day.

Ann my teapot is a special favourite http://365project.org/sarah19/365/2011-01-18
and the little vase was once a plain jug which I painted with glass paints a few years ago!
