A busy day in sunshine, clearing weeds in the rose plot at Mum's. There are lots of other plants as well as Rose's and there were lots of weeds too. But I feel I won the battle today, digging out lots of long couch grass roots....very satisfying. It's not finished and then there's the vegetable area to deal with.....at some point!
Three good things
1. On the go early in sunshine
2. Lots of steps though must have been round in circles!!
3. Dinner for tomorrow prepared...my brother and SIL coming up for a couple of days.
That is a big garden to see to especially when you don’t live there! Pa5 on your poor sore back! Dad would be pleased! Might be a thought too grass it over but then there would be the mowing!
