I was up early as the weather forecast was for a warm dry day around here, unlike some parts of Scotland which have very wet and windy weather!
Last autumn I didn't get these pots sorted out and bulbs planted (though there are plenty spring flowers in other parts of the garden!) so now they are ready early for summer things .......maybe at the Easter break! Tidied up lots of overgrown and straggly corners too......very satisfying!
Three good things
1. Felt so much better after some fresh air and getting things done!
2. Off to town in the train to see 2nd Marigold Hotel. Enjoyed it almost as much as the first one....Maggie Smith has such clever lines!!
3. Delicious M&S Indian dish for tea when we got back!
Love your pots ! and it is great when they are not full of spring bulbs when you wat to pot the summer flowering plants ! Even unplanted they produce a lovely focal point in the garden !
Love your pots aqua and turquoise are my favourite colours. I saw the 2nd Marigold hotel last week and enjoyed it too - great that the 2nd one was different and not a disappointment.
