On a lovely sunny Sunday we went over to Pitmedden Garden which today was participating in the 'Scotland's Garden Scheme - Guided Mini Walks'
We had a lovely walk with Susan who showed us lovely plants and corners that we have so often passed by.
Then we found the Gordon Woodworkers stall and just loved the table made by Jack (aged 90) who was happy to sell it to us! I think this is a piece of treasure and it has already found a lovely place to be in our front hall!! Jack was also very happy to have his photo taken with Allan and the table!!
Three good things
1. Another lovely day
2. Delicious cream tea in Pitmedden Tea Room
3. So many beautiful places to capture on camera on a day like today.
The table looks beautiful and your home is a lovely place to give it the honor fine craftsmanship is due. It must make Jack feel good to see his hard work going home with people who truly appreciated it. Nice shot!
thank you for your lovely comments! Jack looks amazing for 90 and it's lovely to have this piece that he made.
