The last of the local Barra Berries

They are absolutely the very best of all. Sh! even better than Dad's I think!!!
Three good things
1. Loving the fresh fruit and vegetables that are on our menus these days. ...great for recovery and ordinary!!!
2. My brother's birthday and he's at home with his wife to see Mum and one of my sisters this weekend so they are partying!
3. A lazy day. .....didn't wake till 10.30!!!!
