Heavy snow yesterday evening and it's still sitting around even though the sun has been shining all day. In places - like under the hedge - the snowdrops have been a little sheltered but you can see how much is lying around and no warning at all!!
Three good things
1. It's Allan's Birthday and he's cooking a new beef dish for dinner..........with vegetables cooked in a pan with no water but clingfilm to keep in the moisture from the vegetables....parsnip, celeriac and shallots.......fascinating!!
2. I love when the snowdrops appear
3. Wearing a new cardigan I bought yesterday.....it's orange......I have NEVER worn orange before but I think I like it!
