A Little Light Reading

As in, very little light. Bedtime, during a thunderstorm, with all of three 40 watt bulbs behind opaque colored shades.

ISO 3200, f/1.8, 1/80s (handheld!) with the new 85mm lens.

Never mind that I had to be standing in the hallway to be back far enough...clearly I need a larger house to support my photography habits...

@tracys It's a great book, but fair warning: when the book says to shake it a little harder, make sure you are not sitting with your kid in your lap facing away from you. (You know, normal story-reading position?) He nearly broke my nose shaking that book straight back up into my face the first time! :) (Seriously, I saw stars.)

@bebecitosfotos Hahaha, no, although that is a great movie! It was just an observation about the lack of light in the room. (Though it's hard to tell since I cranked up the ISO big time...and then converted to b&w to minimize the noise.)
