Wegman's Yogurt

As I have posted before ( http://365project.org/sharonlc/365/2011-01-10 ), I am a Weight Watchers Lifetime Member. I have been a Lifetime Member since 1986, but I had regained weight after having my third child and moving to suburbia. However, I took the weight back off with Weight Watchers Online, and have been within two pounds of my goal weight for the past two years.

One of the things that has helped me maintain my loss has been Wegman's yogurt. Wegman's makes a line of house brand fat-free fruit-on-the-bottom yougurts that contain between 80-90 calories apiece. I live on this stuff - I have one of these yogurts mixed with cereal (typically, a Wegman's house brand cereal) almost every day. It's tasty, filling and satisfying, and helps me stick to my program.

I was at a loss as to what to make my subject of the day, so I decided to go to the little refrigerator I keep on my porch and photograph my yogurt supply. Initially I shot this with my 16-85 mm lens, but that didn't give me the up close resolution I wanted, so I switched to my F/1.8 lens to get the job done.
