I bought one of these plastic solar flowers for a buck. The sun, or light source, runs the motor which makes the flower and leaves move back and forth. I decided to try and do a long exposure to capture the movement. It was one of those days.
@skipt07 I'm so sorry for that, Skip. Those "firsts" are such hurdles. I am glad you at least took him and have that memory. Too many people don't make the effort to include in-laws.
@danette - What made it even more bitter sweet was that last year he donated alligator meat and a lot of people had their first taste. My daughter made a soup. And so he was a hit among those that knew he brought it. And he wasn't feeling to well that night and I am not sure how much he enjoyed it as much as he loved to hunt and fish. So I struggled as to whether to go this year or not.
