We took our granddaughter to see The Greatest Show on Earth. The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. Enter a winged horse with a lovely rider. The expression on my granddaughter's face was priceless. Her mouth was open and you could hear the soft sound of air being sucked into her lungs as she stared in awe!
@amandal - It was worth every bit of the price of a ticket. The performers were amazing, their costumes dazzling and the animals were, as you can see, unbelievable. I will post more pictures in the days ahead.
@dmdfday - It was for my granddaughter Diane! When she saw the horse her mouth opened and you could hear the soft sound of air escaping from her lungs!
@04haze - Odd that you should mention that Lee. As we made our way towards the arena for the show we came face to face with members of PETA protesting with their signs of images of deplorable conditions that the circus animals supposedly were treated.

My wife was watching her and told me. I think she will remember it for a long time. Her Mom said that's all she talked about all the way home!

Magical shot with all the blue and great light! What a great experience for your granddaughter. I didn't know the real Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus still performed. Good to know.
