I am glad I took this picture when I did. The next day I came down with some kind of flu bug and I was down for the count. I spent most of the day in bed. Towards evening I got up and was browsing the Internet when I heard a noise. I turned to look out the window to my right when I saw the branch that this blossom was a part of fall down past the window. Evidently the tree couldn't support the weight of the branch any longer.
