I got my computer back! Hoorah!. They said they found nothing wrong but they deleted two antivirus programs off my computer which they said having two can cause them to interact with each other and cause problems? They also cleaned it and removed some temp file. However, I couldn't get PhotoShop to run. Everytime I clicked on the icon to start it, it would boot then crash immediately.
I did some Googling to look for answers and wasn't getting anywhere but becoming frustrated. I then right clicked on the actual program and selected "run as administrator" and it booted and didn't crash! I am glad to be back, but I also enjoyed the relaxed time away.
Was at the park and heard some rustling in a small tree. I stood still and watched and finally made out three waxwings eating the fruit.
Wonderful shot, love the colored tips on the wings and tail. I see cedar waxwings occasionally, over near the pond, but I've never got a decent picture of one yet and never noticed those wing and tail tips.
@danette - Actually I have Bitdefender installed which I bought. I downloaded a program to organize and clean my HD. I think it had a AV associated with it though I never used it and didn't think that it would cause trouble. However, I have suffered another bluescreen of death since I got it home.
Just a thank you for the thought about running photoshop as administrator - after fighting processing for 2 weeks and trying everything I could think of, tried that - and today was a success!
