...to go into the basement. C'mon, what are you so afraid of?
I'm feeling under the weather today so what better excuse to share another of the photos from that abandoned house? I'll admit, this wide open trap door did scare me a tiny bit. Who knows what's lurking down there?
love it - doesn't every USA produced horror movie have these as an integral part of the genre. I was brought up on a diet of this and can so relate to this shot - to be viewed listening to the discordant section of Alice Cooper's "Stephen"
I did not vote for your photo for the Dali challenge, but I just wanted you to know the other photo just spoke louder in my mind, I would had vote for both if I could. You must to be now, "what the hell...." hahahhah
I am starting to be afraid for you, your garden, the basement, dead people, ah no, that is too much....
Very cool!
@suomiiiii@poggy1818 Thanks! @angelwilliam I appreciate your enthusiasm even if it does mean you should cut back on that coffee. :) @lacedxxoo Only you would look at this photo and actually want to go into the creepy basement. You're so brave! Or foolish. I can't decide. @peterauliciems Yup, I think that horror movie connection is what makes these things so scary to us in real life. I'm sure there was nothing more harmful than some dead leaves down there but I wasn't about to go and find out. @alecio I really appreciate your honesty and totally understand your vote. I loved all of the entries for the Dali challenge so I'm glad you voted for the one that touched you the most. I like that the votes on this site aren't popularity contests but are genuine expressions of what photos people like the most.
