Still processing the mammoth amount of photos from our Chile trip. This was taken at the end of the 'red line' metro/subway (the oldest of the city's lines) in the Los Dominicos station, as we were heading down to catch the train back into town.
We are back and getting caught up, but I'll likely continue to post photos of the Chile trip through the end of the year as they will be far more interesting than more of the Chicago skyline!
Now how did I knew that this would be one of yours !! Beautiful with strong leading lines , symmetrical in all ways , great perspective . A great capture so nicely edited --A FAV
Just love how you process these...this is an image that be ordinary in some sense...but not only am just drawn into the image, but the colors, lighting and editing are so wonderful. Very pleasing.
Knew it was yours as soon as I looked at this shot Taffy. Definitely ticks all my boxes, and the curved framing sets off the main event very well indeed. I'm puzzled about why the large number of lines in the left-hand set though.
@jocasta Thanks Jocasta! It's been a good year for us for travel -- exciting to have all these chances to apply what I've learned on 365. Hope the photojo is back for good for you -- your white-on-white shots were really fantastic.
@kathiecb Thanks Kathie! Junko and I were on the bridge looking down on the tracks. We were about to catch a train so we knew we had a little time til ours appeared.
I normally find it easy to make some thoughtful commentary on most images but this one has taken my breath away so I'm just going to go with the crowd and say... Awesome, Fav!
