It's been so fun to see the range of postings using this fun app! Thank you for your comments and fav's on my skateboarder too!
After posting the red collage, I decided to try another. This started as a sculpture that is found in Lincon Park, photographed using my fisheye for my mentor group (will post that separately at some point - it wasn't that interesting of a shot, actually). Then, I decided in advance to create a 9 photo collage and tried to plan in advance various design features but not repeat any one pattern. It took a lot longer than I'd thought it would!
For those now using the app - some of 'one pole' and others 'two pole' while some were using the square 'center' thing and other the round one. I used the 'fx gallery' button to get an idea of how tight the design would be, and the slider in the shape section to make it smaller or larger in pattern size. The one in the center was at the far right for the slider. Collage made in pic monkey as was the frame after importing the photos into my computer (I do not like processing on my phone!!).
AND, many many thanks for getting my Chicago, Chicago pano to TT #1. Absolutely thrilling!!
So zingy! I used to do quilting, back in the day, but this is an entirely new view. I spent some minutes on this app, again, to learn more about it. Kudos to you, for taking it to the next level. Lovely collage.
Wow this is fabulous Taffy! Having had another go with this last night I can see the fun. You do need a good photo to start with and I haven't got many shots on my iphone. You have definitely taken it to a whole new level! I can tell how much work you put into creating this! Huge Fav!
@pamknowler I've actually been exporting good photos from my computer to my phone to process and then back again. Definitely a pain. It's worth it tho as I have no good shots on my phone.
Such a beautiful outcome for all your hard work! I am so tempted to get the app. On the other hand its addictive nature might be a problem! Many congrats on TT :)
@craftymeg I have to agree. I put the one in the center to see if that could help give the eye a place to land, but now think of it more as a patchwork quilt.
