This was one of the first birds I photographed in Tucson and has remained one of my favorites. It's such a pretty little songbird but it appears only sporadically. With only 4 days until we return to Chicago, it's like he was stopping by to wish me well. (I know, only a random encounter, but I can pretend...)
Isn't he a sweet little thing with his colouring and fun "hairdo"!! Beautifully captured here , perching on the tip of the twig , love the grey tones of the branches and the beautiful pale bokeh background ! FAV
