Baroque on Beaver is one of the annual music festivals on Beaver Island with an emphasis on classical music and opera, with some other light hearted concerts thrown in (brass band, pop up musicians around the 'town'). Today was "Meet the Artists" - artists displaying their goods in the park with a mid-afternoon quintet. It's all very casual and photography allowed.
Public recitals, what a great idea. I've always thought the French horn to be one of the more weird-looking instruments in an orchestra. I like the way you've focussed on the most weird-looking bit of it.
Super composition and it looks perfect in black and white. Just imagine how good his or her lungs are to blow all that air through the pipes of the horn.
