We ate so well when we went to wonderful local restaurants. The noodle dishes in the middle row were favorites on the trip. A local Xi'an restaurant. The great news is Junko found a restaurant in Chicago's Chinatown that cooks in the Xi'an style. The four of us plan to go sometime soon so Bill and Jim have the chance to try it.

It all looks so delicious, but I have to look at this collage with one eye open and one eye closed at the moment because we have just got home from a barbeque at a friends house and I don't think I am going to eat again for a week. ha ha.
Great collage to feast my eyes upon. I'd hop into any of these yummy-looking dishes with gusto. Except for the chilli, of course. For me a little chilli goes a long way.
