The Maestro

Milkweed pods are just beginning to open. This one had such a human look - making me think of a conductor leading his orchestra, hair flying, arms waving.
Thanks for the lovely comments and favs on yesterday's wintry scene. Yes, I was in a warm car and quite dry, shooting between the windshield wipers to catch the shot. The truck happened into view at the right moment -- pure luck.
