All Rolled Up by taffy

All Rolled Up

Hay bales lie in the sunlight on the interior of Beaver Island, an area that once was filled with farms. A few are left, but mostly with hay and corn used to feel livestock. Also on this stretch of road are the golf course and the privately-owned airport.
Could be anyplace in our country’s farmland. A great image.

Love how his captures the sharp, bristly texture of hay in a bale, very evocative.

B & W works so well in this shot! I always like seeing the rolled hay bales rather than the rectangular ones.
