Along the Riverwalk by taffy

Along the Riverwalk

Without crowds of people, I thought the Riverwalk had more of an industrial feel. On a pretty day, you'd normally see people running, pushing carriages, strolling with friends, eating at the restaurants along the side, and so froth. Instead, it felt comfortable walking along with few others, and everyone in a mask.
What cool layers!

@pamknowler Not in lockdown yet, but cases are spiking. Scary situation so I think what we're seeing is self-selection of behavior, where folks are working from home, only going out if essential, avoiding crowds. Our neighborhood has lots of young families walking outside, dog walking, restaurants but too crowded for me to feel comfortable outside. Walking toward downtown and the business district is easy and quite deserted.

November 6th, 2020
Times have changed. Now you can admire the architecture. I love riveted bridges.

Wonderful point of view, so many interesting lines and sharp details. Fav
November 6th, 2020
A very sharp and interesting capture
November 6th, 2020
The metals and lines do give it that sort of a look.
November 6th, 2020
Did you selectively color the layers? The detail is amazing.
November 6th, 2020
@falcon11 I didn't use sc, but just desaturated the color a bit. It was washed out except for the color of the bridge so I brought it into balance more.
