When in Tucson, searching for a theme to go with the b&w, it becomes sort of obvious that something should be one with all the cacti available at every turn. So, here is #1 of the series for Flash of Red month of February, sort of connected to the circle focus for this week (but not quite).
I remember, many years ago, being in Arizona and capturing one of these, with the red flower on Valentine's Day. They're fascinating cacti! Great shot.
