Bagpiper at the Lunar New Year Parade

Documentary type of black and white for the bw book club this month. The point is to convey the 'normalcy' of life through image. This can take a variety of forms from street scenes to still life. In this image, I liked his intensity and was pleased with the way the DoF worked to emphasize this marcher while hinting at the others in the group. It also was interesting, I thought, in contrast to Junko's @jyokota shot of the bagpipers on the move (link to Junko's: http://365project.org/jyokota/omake/2014-02-02).
