After I got back to the cabin from my galah adventure, the conversation with Rhoda went something like :
"Did you hear that?"
"Yeah. What was it?"
"I'll tell you later. Do we have power?"
Click "Yes"
"Phew!!! Let's get out of here."
And so we left Winton in our dust and headed down the road to Longreach, the largest town in the outback. (We were always going to do that anyway.)
I think everyone who goes to Longreach ends up with this photo of the Stockman's Hall of Fame. I just had to add my two bobs worth.
