White Bellied Sea Eagle

Day 17 - Yellow Waters, Kakadu NP

The White Bellied Sea Eagle is Australia's second largest bird of prey (the Wedge Tailed Eagle is the largest) and it is such a beautiful bird. This one was high up on a dead tree and was watching us cruise past below.

Isn't he a beauty. We get quite a few white bellied sea eagles here and sometimes people mistake them for ospreys because we have a few of them too.
