Black-Breasted Kite? by terryliv

Black-Breasted Kite?

Still at the section of Cooper Creek where Burke died.
The bird life around here was prolific with many species evident in the short time we were there.
Various species of kites, hawks, falcons, eagles and kestrels are very common in central Oz. This is one of a number that were circling the spot where we had lunch. I think it is a Black-breasted Kite. Anyone know for sure what it is?

Best on black
