Day 18: Juneau Alaska
Overnight we sailed from Ketchikan and arrived in Juneau around 6am. For our shore activity, Nanna and I went on a 6 hour excursion called "Bears Whales and Glaciers".

After the whale watching, we went back to the airport for our flight back to Juneau which went over the glaciers. This is Mendenhall Glacier not far from Juneau

Wow. A lovely shot. Lucky you. The fog was too thick for us to take a planned flight over the glaciers but we did see the base of this one from on land. Very spectacular.

Gorgeous. You are getting to see some beautiful country. I can hardly wait to go up to Vancouver to visit my son and his wife in Sept. I love Vancouver.
