The small town of Ouray at the northern end of the Million Dollar Highway was easily the most picturesque of all of the small towns we passed through during our time in the US.
After two days of stunning desert scenery, from Durango north, we were treated to some equally stunning mountain scenery as we travelled though the San Juan Mountains.
