We happened to be here during the "Honey Saviour" selebration of the Russian Orthodox Church. Because of that, there was a honey expo in front of one of the churches in town - with rows and rows of honeys to try and purchase. The older ladies appeared there with their own jars to buy honey from different regions of Russia, and I just coudn't not resist the look of the liquid gold being poured into the jars with giant honey spoons.
