NF-SOOC-September - Day 23: Another Pink Toadstool!

Spent a while walking in the forest expecting to find a photo for today but the leaves have not yet turned and the toadstools and mushrooms were conspicuous by their absence... except for this pink parasol hiding in the grass.

Nice capture. I had better luck. The leaves are turning here in Maine. Only spotty but some really beautiful colors. Island hopping tomorrow. What I like about this one is it almost looks perfect where so often they seem to have been nibbled on.
