PLAY March - Fuji 60mm f/2.4: Jean-Pierre

Yesterday I exploited the macro abilities of my 'lens of the month' but with an effective focal length of 90mm it is also well suited to portraiture... as I hope this image of my friend Jean-Pierre shows.

This is for my PLAY project - you can read more about it in my profile - where I'll be using a different prime lens for each month of the year: for March it's the Fujinon 60mm f/2.4 Macro on an APS-C sensor camera (today the Fuji XT2) - the equivalent of a 90mm lens on a full-frame camera.

Good lighting and you have captured a thoughtful look perfectly. Richard. 90mm equiv. sure is perfect for head and shoulder portraits...but you already took a good one of Mrs S with it didn't you?
