Week four of eating anti inflammatory, stretching my legs, and no impact workouts (elliptical and recumbent bike low tension) and my knees feel 90 better! Yay! I do miss my long walks, but feeling good is worth it🙂
Well done Julie, good to hear that you feel better. I should probably also go on an anti inflamatory diet as my hands and knees are also a problem.
