Poinsettia

Amazingly this has survived from last Christmas! All the red is now green so I googled how to get the bracks to go red again - and it's working!
We are attempting the same thing. I started back on October 26th. Our plant doesn't have as many red leaves as when we got it, but the leaves on the end of each branch are red.

I love those but have never managed to keep them longer than a couple of months.

@tinley23 They need around 14 hours of darkness for the colour to return to red, so I put a black sack over mine at around 5.00pm and leave it until the next morning, seems to be working so far!

@gijsje I just googled it and found they need 14 hours of darkness, so I put a black bag over it every evening and leave until the next day. So far so good!

Amazing. Beautiful shot the way the red leaves are framed by the green. I had no idea you could do that.
