@365anne I looked up your camera and you can still do it (ignore all the DSLR tips on the page I posted). What you will need is a fast subject and lower light (think moving vehicles on an overcast day). The hard part is the tracking of the subject itself, which isn't really that hard once you've done it a couple of times. My advice would be to make sure your stance is solid and that your elbows are tucked firmly into your sides...this will give you a steady track...and keep the subject centered in the frame.
