Nah, not an epic fail, just a beginner's attempt. And one that's not that bad. If I may offer some tips: 1) Be on a faster road, like M or A roads; 2) less sky in the shot...the sky is overcast but it's still bright enough that your camera gave you a faster shutter speed. If it's out of the frame it will have less effect; 3) keep practicing...you're on to something!
I have not tried this yet, but can only imagine how difficult it must be. I like the sense of movement here. Were you standing in a field and waiting for a car to come by? It would be interesting to know what the driver thought ;-)
@timerskine Thank you so much for you great tips Tim, I really appreciate them. Sadly I do not think I am going to be able to have a second go - its pouring with rain today and I am working for the next three days, out before daylight and home in the dark. Maybe we will be paired again next week and I can have another go??? But even if not, I will try again next week anyway
@ludwigsdiana@shutterbug49 Thanks for your support! It is not easy! I would love to have another go but due to the weather and a working weekend I do not think I will be able to for get pushed, but will def try again anyway!
