The trees are usually several metres from the river edge, the fence is on the river edge
Oh dear, you got it worse than us, hope you were ok? Got a great photo from it though

Ohh, it certainly did flood the river. Our river generally gets that way when the snow melts in the Sierra....only remember it happening once in winter and that was freaky.

@gardenfolk It sure was a lot of water, but as the field is a flood plane it was doing it's job well!
