Are you in the Bay of Islands Dawn? I heard about this catamaran washing ashore - so stormy. I also heard that the Gables in Russell lost its roof!

Any thing do with boats is expensive there is a saying it’s a hole in which you pour money my first hubby God rest his soul and self lived on a yacht so know just what it like .
Delwyn I live in Okaihau we went for a drive yesterday and happened soon this scene
The sea was rough but but raining heavily so didn’t use my camera .

Your photo shows well the ominous sea and sky. I laughed at your saying about boats. When my sons were in high school, we owned a small boat so they could go fishing, but small as it was, it still was a constant expense! Now my older son owns 2 fishing boats, but I don't have to worry about the expense!
